Dutch broadcaster AVRO has announced the information for the national selection of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2008. Songs can be submitted until the 9th of April. In the first week of May the casting stage will take place. A jury will decide who can take part in the third phase of the selection process, the workshops.

10 performers will be allowed to take part in the televised national selection, which will probably again take place in September. The winner will be the Dutch entrant for Lemesos 2008.
